FUEL ASSISTANCE The Massachusetts Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program is designed to provide assistance to those low-income households most vulnerable to the high cost of home heating energy. Eligibility is based on family size and income of the entire household. Tenants who have heat included in their rent may be eligible depending on the household income.
